It is fully equipped, and contains 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Kitchen with refrigerator, gas cooker, extractor fan, cooking rings, pressure cooker and coffee-maker. Gas is included in the rent. Electricity extra (€0.15/kw). Child’s cot (for an under 3-year old). Telephone with prepaid card or France Telecom card is at tenants’ disposal. Sale of farm produce, fruit and vegetables on site. Low season (outside school holidays): February, March, April, May, June and September. About 7 km from the village of Salazie and 17 km from the town of Saint-André (30 minutes’ drive).
