Zarlor hike - Paths of days gone by Traces of the sugar plantationsDate: Sunday 2 dec 2018 - Sunday 13 Jan 2019
Rando guidée + collation + déjeuner
Walk on these paths, and remember life in days gone by, before they disappear completely because of galloping urbanisation.
Along this Zarlor, you will discover the history of all the sugar factories on the West Coast. You will climb along "zépinars", paths dug out by the local oxen, water channels that fed the factories.
Our guide “Eclaireur de l’Ouest” will set you on course for the West of days gone by! So bon voyage! And happy walking!
Then it's back to the 21st century as you take your table in a coastal restaurant. Bon appétit !
