Street market with Julicia and Clovis + refreshing drink + Cookery workshop + lunch
What better than to experience the early morning atmosphere of the brightly coloured street market, just like the locals do all the time!
Julicia, the big-hearted owner of the "Chez Monmanzé" table d’hôte, and Clovis, our guide “Eclaireur de l’Ouest”, will take you on a lovely stroll surrounded by different tastes and flavours, to find delicious fresh produce to make a traditional "wood fire" cari.
With your basket nice and full, it's time to stop for a refreshing drink. What would you think is the iconic fruit of Saint-Paul? That’s right, it's coconut water, which will definitely leave you refreshed, a real treat!
There's no time to hang around though, you need to get to Julicia's house to start preparing lunch, that you will make together. She will reveal all her little secrets and teach you all about traditional Creole cooking.
Then you will taste the delicious dishes that you have prepared. Bon appétit and enjoy discovering Creole treasures!
