The car park is 400 metres from the gite, which is a departure point for a range of hikes, including Trou de Fer, Sentier de la Vierge, Sentier des Tamarins and Sentier du Piton des Neiges via Cap Anglais. The Hauts de l'Est rainforest is also very well worth taking a look at. Meals available upon reservation 48 hours beforehand. The gite is a member of the Association des Gestionnaires des Gîtes de Montagne (AGGM) network. Pets not allowed.
